Founded in 2017, we are a software development company that helps organizations recruit and redeploy talent with our agentic AI solutions. Our software and services make hiring and placement easier for impactful roles.

We offer two main products: SeekOut Recruit, an AI Recruiting Platform for recruiters, sourcers, and talent acquisition leaders. It includes tools for inbound applicant evaluation, intelligent search across over 1 billion profiles and existing ATS data, job-specific workflows, personalized multi-touch outreach campaigns, rediscovering and evaluating past applicants, and talent insights into labor market data.

The second product is SeekOut Spot, an AI Recruiting-as-a-Service for hiring managers, talent acquisition leaders, and CHROs. Spot delivers interview-ready candidates using AI agents and expert recruiters for sourcing, outreach, and screening. Its engagement models include Agentic AI Sourcer, Agentic AI Contract Recruiter, and AI Recruiting Agency.

Our platform integrates with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ashby, Avature, Beamery, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Jobvite, Lever, SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and Workday. We serve over 750 customers, including companies like DocuSign, Sony, Atlassian, Microsoft, Uber, and Pfizer.

We also prioritize AI compliance. We conduct regular bias audits, use explainable AI, and include human-in-the-loop validation to meet EEOC and OFCCP regulations.
