Our platform integrates with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ashby, Avature, Beamery, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Jobvite, Lever, SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and Workday. We serve over 750 customers, including companies like DocuSign, Sony, Atlassian, Microsoft, Uber, and Pfizer.

We also prioritize AI compliance. We conduct regular bias audits, use explainable AI, and include human-in-the-loop validation to meet EEOC and OFCCP regulations.
