We provide technology to help individual investors, financial advisors, and financial institutions with investing. Founded in 2021, we operate in the Financial Services industry with a team of 51-200 employees.
We offer three main products: the Shares app, a mobile application for retail investors with access to over 1,700 assets; Shares Pro, a platform for wealth managers to manage client investments; and Shares Solutions, which provides custom, white-label, and API technology for financial institutions to improve their investment offerings. Our technology handles execution, operations, compliance, and custody.
We serve various financial institutions, including asset managers, wealthtechs, online banks, independent financial advisors (IFAs), specialized actors, and traditional insurers and banks. We are regulated in France by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and authorized by the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR), allowing us to operate in 30 EEA countries.
Client funds and assets are protected through partnerships with established institutions. Client funds are kept separate from our company funds, and assets remain the legal property of our clients.
