About the Role:
The L&D Coordinator will play a critical role in planning, executing, and monitoring learning programs across Simeio. This position requires hands‑on experience in L&D operations, strong stakeholder management skills, and an in‑depth understanding of modern learning strategies, tools, and methodologies. The individual will work closely with HRBPs, business leaders, external training partners, and employees to ensure a seamless learning experience.
What You’ll Do:
Learning Program Management
- Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of learning programs (technical, functional & behavioural).
- Partner with business units to understand training needs and develop annual training calendars.
- Organize virtual and in‑person training sessions, workshops, certification programs, and onboarding trainings.
L&D Strategy & Planning
Support in designing L&D frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
Assist in competency mapping, skills gap analysis, and capability‑building initiatives.
Recommend learning pathways based on role, department, and skill development requirements.
Maintain a repository of e‑learning content, training documentation, and learning materials.
Track learning progress and ensure timely completion of mandatory trainings.
Generate dashboards, MIS reports, and learning analytics for leadership reviews.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Implement post‑training feedback
- Identify improvement areas based on learner feedback, business impact, and performance data.
- Support the development of new learning formats—microlearning, blended learning, digital modules, and experiential learning.
Employee Development & Engagement
- Coordinate leadership development, early talent programs, and skill‑based academies.
- Promote a learning culture through communication campaigns, newsletters, and learning events (Lunch & Learn, workshops, Knowledge Sharing Sessions).
- Assist HR in employee development conversations and IDP (Individual Development Plan) tracking.
What you bring:
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong understanding of L&D strategies, talent development frameworks, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent coordination, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of instructional design concepts is an added advantage.
Must have :
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple learning projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, strong follow‑through, and ownership mindset.
- Passion for driving learning culture and employee development.
