How will you contribute to Skroutz vision

We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial New Business Manager to join our New Business team. In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth across emerging verticals (e.g. Skoop, Grocery, and other new bets).

You will partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate them into structured plans, and drive their execution—owning the Go-To-Market process and scaling of new verticals through data-driven decision making.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Drive end-to-end initiatives: Manage the full lifecycle of strategic projects — from opportunity identification and problem structuring to execution, rollout, and performance tracking
  • Drive revenue growth: Contribute to the design and implement initiatives that unlock growth across new verticals, optimising acquisition, engagement, and monetization
  • Stakeholder alignment: Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Commercial, Product, Marketing, Finance, BI, and Operations, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and timely execution
  • Program design & execution: Translate strategic ideas into structured, scalable programs with clear goals, success metrics, and execution plans
  • Go-to-market coordination: Manage go-to-market efforts for new features, services, or initiatives by developing value propositions and activation strategies
  • Data-driven decision making: Use quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to identify opportunities, track performance, and propose optimisations for initiatives
  • Operational excellence: Establish processes, tools, and ways of working that enable speed, clarity, and accountability across initiatives

Who you are

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 4+ years of experience in project / program management, commercial strategy, consulting, business operations, or similar roles
  • Demonstrates strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to autonomously drive initiatives end-to-end
  • Is highly analytical and structured, with strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience using ΒΙ tools
  • Has a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, build alignment, and help drive decisions in cross-functional environments
  • Is results-oriented, with a focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement
  • Is highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, tailoring messaging to different audiences

We will appreciate it if you have

  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or fast-growing tech environments
  • Familiarity with SQL or data querying and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Metabase)
  • Experience working on 0→1 or early-stage initiatives / new business lines
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and decision-making
