We are looking for a Programs Associate to join our Partner Growth Strategy and Programs team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders across the company to identify opportunities, shape them into structured programs, and drive their execution. Your work will directly influence how thousands of Partners grow on Skroutz and how new commercial initiatives are introduced to the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and launch of partner growth initiatives that improve how merchants discover, adopt, and succeed with Skroutz tools and services. This includes identifying opportunities, leading analysis, and translating strategy into scalable tactics that deliver measurable impact.
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Marketing, L&D, Category Management, Content, Finance, and BI to align priorities and enable teams to move with clarity and velocity.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives and drive adoption of new and improved tools by translating product capabilities into clear value propositions and scalable activation mechanisms.
- Use data and qualitative feedback to track performance, generate insights, and continuously refine programs.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 2-3 years of experience in roles involving program ownership, commercial strategy, go-to-market, consulting, or business operations
- Is analytical and curious, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems
- Is results-driven, using data to drive clear insights and actions
- Is highly organized and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
- Works effectively across teams, building alignment and influencing stakeholders
- Communicates clearly and effectively, with strong written and verbal skills and the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
- Is excited to work in a fast-growing marketplace environment.
We will appreciate it if you have:
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or fast-growing technology companies.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Metabase) and familiarity with SQL or other query languages.
- Curiosity about using AI tools to accelerate analysis, structure problems, and improve productivity.
