SleepDoctor

Founded in 2021, we want to be a complete platform for sleep care, with tools for patients and sleep specialists. We publish content about sleep, validated by certified sleep doctors, and are developing an interactive map of sleep doctors in France. We also test and compare sleep products to help consumers.

As a digital-first sleep clinic, we help with issues like sleep apnea and sell products such as CPAP/BiPAP devices, bedding, and home sleep tests directly to customers. We provide customer service, interpret home sleep test results, and recommend equipment. We work with physician groups, clinics, practices, and commercial insurers, taking care of contract acquisition and negotiation.

We launched in Paris, France, have an engineering office in Yerevan, Armenia, and support hybrid work models, including in Seattle. We follow HDS/RGPD and HIPAA compliance standards for data security and privacy. We graduated from the Y Combinator accelerator and have raised over $50 million in venture capital.

Our mission is to help people truly resolve their sleep issues. We believe that better sleep can prevent serious health conditions like stroke, heart attack, and diabetes.

We offer a compensation package that includes competitive pay, stock options, and eligibility for an annual bonus plan with a target bonus of 15% of base salary.

We cover 100% of employee premiums for medical, vision, and dental insurance, and provide company-paid life insurance. Employees can also participate in medical and dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and get a voluntary pet-insurance policy.

We offer a 401(k) plan with full matching contributions up to 3% of salary and 50% matching from 3% to 5% of salary. We provide Paid Time Off according to company policies.

Work can be remote from any location, from our Paris headquarters, or hybrid for Seattle-based employees, who also receive commuter benefits.
