We are a non-profit founded in 2006, operating as a social enterprise. We transform unwanted shoes and clothing into opportunities, providing relief, creating jobs, and empowering people to break cycles of poverty. We ensure these items are put to good use instead of going to waste.

Since 2006, we have distributed 94 million pairs of shoes and pieces of clothing to individuals across 138 countries and all 50 US states.

Our IT operations utilize enterprise technology systems like NetSuite, HubSpot, and Microsoft 365. We work on projects involving data analytics, system administration, cybersecurity, integrations, and AI applications.

Our mission is to create opportunities through shoes and clothing. We address the lack of opportunity for people living in poverty by putting unwanted shoes and clothing to good use. This helps us provide relief, create jobs, and empower individuals to break cycles of poverty.

We have between 51 and 200 employees. Our work environment supports flexible remote arrangements and offers mentorship from experienced professionals, particularly within our internship programs.

We offer our employees, particularly within our internship programs, hands-on experience with enterprise-level ERP and SaaS platforms like NetSuite, HubSpot, and Microsoft 365. Interns gain exposure to diverse projects in data analytics, system administration, cybersecurity, integrations, and AI technologies. We offer opportunities to explore different areas of IT to discover interests and strengths.

We support flexible remote work arrangements (e.g., 10-20 hours per week for interns) and provide real-world project experience to help build resumes and technical portfolios.
