Founded in 1986, we specialize in women’s breast health, focusing on breast screening and diagnostic services. We are the nation’s largest independent provider in this field, managing over 150 centers across 20 major markets. We operate wholly-owned centers and partner with hospital systems, physician practices, and medical and academic institutions. Our headquarters are in Addison, Texas.

Our services include Screening Mammography, Diagnostic Mammography, Ultrasound, Biopsies, Breast MRI, 3D Technology, and AI. We developed the “Home of the Peace of Mind Mammogram™.” Our 3D mammography is foundational to our care, increasing early detection of invasive breast cancer by 54% and reducing callbacks by 37%. We also developed SmartCurve, a mammogram designed for breast comfort, and use AI to help detect breast cancer early.
