We were founded in 2016 to offer members-only concierge immediate care, specializing in emergency, urgent, and general healthcare. We provide unlimited ²⁴⁄₇ access to in-person and virtual care. We want healthcare to feel personal, with instant access, removing the chaos and uncertainty of traditional experiences and replacing them with calm and confidence. Our services include consultations with ER-trained physicians, on-site imaging and labs, specialist referrals, and house calls. Virtual care is available on-demand, and we offer a ²⁴⁄₇ care line.

We have 14 centers across our operating regions: 6 in New York and The Hamptons, 2 in Northern California, 3 in Southern California, and 3 in South Florida. Our centers are designed for member comfort and to help our doctors perform at their best.

We have a team of 201 to 500 individuals, led by our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Growth Officer, SVP of Human Resources, SVP of Member Experience, and SVP of Finance.

Many roles are based in our centers, but we also offer flexibility for some positions, including remote (e.g., Virtual Care Advanced Care Provider), hybrid (e.g., Payroll Administrator in NYC), or onsite/hybrid/remote options for specific regions (e.g., House Calls Advanced Care Provider in Los Angeles).
