We founded Sourcepass in 2021 to provide IT services and consulting. Our goal is to offer businesses of all sizes a better technology experience, especially in areas where IT services are often overlooked or overpriced. We combine Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with managed services.

Our services include:

• Maintaining data networks
• Managing cloud and security monitoring
• Guiding clients through productivity improvements and digital transformation
• Planning, executing, and delivering complex IT infrastructure projects
• Implementing Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and SharePoint
• Managing Azure migrations and other transitions from on-premise systems to the cloud
• Coordinating client onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewals
• Providing IT provisioning services for new clients, such as documentation, environment assessment, and tool deployment
• Offering Level II IT support, which involves diagnosing and resolving IT issues, setting up and maintaining workstations, and ensuring network security and performance.

Our employees often work together across internal technical teams and various departments to meet client needs. Depending on the role, positions can be remote (sometimes with client travel), hybrid (with client visits in areas like NYC/Long Island or Delaware), or office-based.
