We use AI, machine learning, and automation in our platform. It processes large amounts of data and supports visual data investigations with tools like NQL, Visual Editor, and NQLEditor. We also include features for advanced chatbots and conversational AI.

Founded in 2004, we operate in the Software Development industry. Gartner named us a Leader in its 2024 Magic Quadrant for Digital Employee Experience Management Tools. We were also recognized in the Forrester Wave: EUEM Q3 2024. We offer professional services, customer success management, and solutions consulting to various markets, including the Federal Civilian sector.
