RCM Client Success Lead
Spectrum Billing Solutions is an industry-leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company for healthcare organizations. We are looking for an RCM Client Success Lead to join our growing team. This is a remote or office/home hybrid position.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications.
- Assist with new client implementations.
- Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
- Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
- Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
- Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in meetings with new and existing clients.
- Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of client relationship management experience.
- 1-3 years of Healthcare and/or RCM experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work.
- Demonstrated skills in delivering results.
