Founded in 1999, we are an employee-owned business serving the Department of Defense, US Defense and Intelligence Agencies, Law Enforcement, and federal, state, and local government civilian agencies, as well as select commercial industries. We are a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business. Since 2008, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan has held a 45% stake in our company.

We are headquartered in Newport News, VA, and support the DoD at bases nationwide, with additional services provided to clients from satellite offices. We offer professional services and technical solutions in areas like C4ISR, Acquisition and Logistics, Cyber Services, Engineering Integration, Management Consulting, Digital Services and Technology, and Business Analysis. This includes operational support and customized technology solutions for unique business challenges. In November 2022, we acquired Superior Motion Controls, Inc., expanding our business to include both engineering services and US-based precision manufacturing. In September 2023, our Government Services division achieved CMMI for Services Maturity Level 3.
