Who: You! A senior product leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings strong technical depth, and can lead through influence. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, AI, and GTM leaders to shape one of Spotnana’s most critical product areas. What: A Senior Director of Product Management role responsible for shaping product strategy, defining roadmaps, and driving execution across a key area of the business, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful impact. When: We’re hiring now. This is a priority role tied to near-term product milestones. Where: Hybrid. Seattle-based candidates may start remotely, with an expectation to transition to a hybrid, in-office model if and when a local office is established. Palo Alto is preferred, with regular in-office presence expected. Why: This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of Spotnana’s AI strategy.

How (to land the job!) : Candidates can expect an initial conversation with our Recruiting team, followed by a conversation with product leadership. From there, you’ll meet with key partners across product and AI, and participate in a final round with senior leadership.

How you’ll make an impact

As a Senior Director of Product Management at Spotnana, you will be a strategic leader and visionary responsible for shaping and driving the company’s product strategy, portfolio, and long-term success. You will partner closely with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and the Go-to-Market organization to define product direction, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs. By synthesizing market insights, competitive intelligence, user feedback, and internal priorities, you will guide the evolution of our offerings to deliver exceptional value, foster innovation, and accelerate growth in a dynamic industry. You will champion a customer-centric culture, lead high-performing product teams, and serve as a key communicator of the product vision and roadmap—internally to align teams and externally to build excitement with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Balancing bold strategic thinking with pragmatic execution, you will influence the full product lifecycle while ensuring our products remain market-leading and closely tied to Spotnana’s mission.

The day to day:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and evolve the overarching product strategy and multi-year vision, ensuring strong alignment with company goals, market opportunities, and customer requirements.
  • Roadmap Leadership: Own the development and communication of product roadmaps at the portfolio level, prioritizing initiatives and driving trade-off decisions in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner deeply with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and other teams to align on priorities, resolve dependencies, and execute effectively against the product vision.
  • Market & Customer Insights: Lead efforts to gather, analyze, and act on market trends, competitive dynamics, customer feedback, and usage data to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Go-to-Market Alignment: Collaborate closely with GTM teams to shape positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and enablement, ensuring products are positioned for maximum market impact and adoption.
  • Team Development & Culture: Build, mentor, and lead a team of product leaders and managers, fostering a high-performance environment focused on innovation, accountability, and user-centric outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary voice for the product organization—articulating updates, insights, and value propositions to internal executives, customers, partners, and the broader ecosystem.
  • Performance & Metrics Advocacy: Establish and monitor key product success metrics, using data-driven insights to measure impact, iterate, and drive measurable business results.

Skills & qualities we value:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Director or above) in technology, SaaS, or related high-growth industries (travel/technology experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record of defining and executing product strategy at scale, leading successful product portfolios, and driving measurable business growth in competitive markets.
  • Deep expertise in market research, competitive analysis, customer discovery, and translating insights into actionable strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong leadership experience building and scaling product organizations, mentoring product managers/leaders, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and GTM teams.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with executive leadership and influencing company-wide priorities through clear communication and strategic storytelling.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales/customer success enablement materials in collaboration with GTM functions.
  • Proficiency with product analytics, performance tracking tools, and data-informed decision-making to optimize outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for diverse audiences—from engineers to C-level executives and external partners.

The base salary range for this role is $260,000 - $280,000 per year, depending on a number of factors including the candidate’s working location.
