What: A Staff Product Manager position title and an outstanding Problem-solving & Collaboration skills

Where: Hybrid: Our office hub location of Bengaluru or Mumbai – you will be required to be in office 1+ days per week in alignment with our office work policy.

We’re seeking versatile Product Managers with leadership qualities, a passion for problem-solving, and the enthusiasm to take on new challenges as we push the boundaries of technology. How(to land the job!) : The process typically begins with an introductory call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team, where we’ll discuss your background, career aspirations, and what makes Spotnana a great fit for you. Then a live virtual interview with a panel of engineers and hiring managers.

The day-to-day:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate product strategy and vision, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Customer Insight & Market Analysis: Understand and anticipate customer needs through direct interaction, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer needs.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative products and features.
  • Product Launch: Oversee successful product launches, working with the marketing team on go-to-market strategies.
  • Product Performance: Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success and continuous improvement.

Skills & qualities we value:

  •  5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or technology product environment within the travel industry.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role, with the ability to stay closely connected to the customer’s needs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and a customer-focused approach
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
