We provide a design-driven platform to help entrepreneurs build and manage their online brands and businesses.

Our tools cover everything needed to create an online presence, grow an audience, monetize, and scale a business. This includes websites, domains, e-commerce, and marketing tools. We also offer scheduling tools through Acuity, and social media management with Unfold.

Since our launch, we’ve helped over 14 million entrepreneurs in more than 200 countries and territories, who have collectively earned over $36 billion using our platform.

Our website builder features customizable templates and AI tools for generating content like headlines, product descriptions, SEO tags, blog posts, and email campaigns. We also offer domain registration. We support various business needs, including online stores, invoicing, scheduling, donations, memberships, blogs, and portfolios.

Our platform integrates with social media accounts and third-party apps. We provide built-in SEO tools, website hosting, and security features such as SSL certificates and DDoS protection.

Founded in 2003, we’ve grown to a team of over 1,760 people. Our headquarters are in New York City, with offices in Dublin, Ireland, and Aveiro, Portugal. We also have coworking spaces in the UK, Netherlands, and Australia.

We have a flexible work philosophy: ‘Officespace’ for employees who work from an office some or all of the week, and ‘Homespace’ for those who work remotely most or all of the time. Officespace employees work schedules are set with their manager and department head; some have assigned desks, while others use hoteling. Fully remote roles are available for specific positions at department discretion.

We work to build collaboration and connection among all employees, whether they are in an office or remote. Our offices are designed to encourage creativity and community. We maintain open communication through an annual company kick-off, quarterly all-hands meetings, year-end wrap-ups, Slack channels, and newsletters.

We provide medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their dependent children, with options for 100% covered premiums. We also offer supplemental life and disability insurance, a Health Savings Account with company funding, and fertility and adoption benefits. We provide 12 weeks of paid parental leave and family care leave.

Employees can access behavioral health and wellness programs, including a Headspace mindfulness app subscription and a Global Employee Assistance Program. We offer retirement benefits with an employer match and equity in the company for qualifying employees.

We encourage flexible paid time off. Employees also get two free Squarespace sites and a complimentary Unfold subscription. Remote employees receive a $100 monthly stipend. We provide education reimbursement and match employee donations (up to $600) to community organizations.

Our offices offer pretax commuter benefits, a dog-friendly workplace, free lunch and snacks, and a private rooftop. We host hack weeks twice a year and organize regular happy hours and various employee events.
