We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and knowledgeable Instructor & Coursework Creator to develop engaging learning materials and deliver high-quality instruction. This role combines curriculum design, content creation, and teaching responsibilities to ensure students receive a comprehensive and effective learning experience.
The ideal candidate has experience designing educational programs, creating instructional materials, and facilitating learning in virtual environments. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for education are essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training & Development, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching, training, curriculum development, or instructional design.
- Experience creating online courses, educational content, or training programs.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing self-paced e-learning courses.
Knowledge of multimedia content creation tools.
Familiarity with assessment design and learning analytics.
Experience working with international or remote learners.
Certifications in instructional design, training, education, or related fields are a plus.
