We are a philanthropic community that helps changemakers address major societal problems across the United States. Our work focuses on education, economic opportunity, healthcare, community development, and reducing societal division.

We partner with leaders from various fields, including nonprofits, education, business, civil rights, music, and grassroots activism. We offer our partners funding to build their organizations, access to a national network, and a framework of principles for growth and innovation.

Our organization was founded in 2003, but its roots with Charles Koch go back over 50 years. We include more than 20 independent organizations and brands, and our headquarters are in Arlington, Virginia.

For interns, the Koch Internship Program (KIP) is a 12-week paid program. Interns receive a stipend of $5,500 to $7,500, depending on whether they are part-time or full-time. The program includes professional development, with a two-day in-person summit at our Arlington, Virginia headquarters and virtual sessions every other Thursday. Interns can work remotely for the entire program.
