About Vanna Health
Founded in 2021, we help people with serious mental illness improve their health and well-being. We do this by building stronger community support systems and using new payment models and technology. We bring together existing behavioral health and primary care providers, hospitals, payers, clubhouses, and other community groups. When resources are scarce, we also deploy our own providers and case managers.
We build our own technology solutions, like Vanna Connect, which our care teams use to create personalized recovery plans. Our data systems help us make informed decisions, understand client needs, and use machine learning to improve clinical and financial results. Our tech stack includes a cloud-based data platform, and our engineering team uses TypeScript, React, Node, Fastify, Postgres, and the FHIR standard. We focus on secure, compliant, and scalable data infrastructure.
