StarCompliance was founded in 1999 as a SaaS platform for employee compliance and personal trading. Between 2000 and 2007, we expanded our Employee Compliance Suite to include various conflict types. We added products like Compliance Control Room and the STAR Mobile App in 2019, followed by Compliance Dashboards and GuideMe in 2020. Since 2021, we have continued to innovate, acquiring SixLambda and Ethix360, and launching Crypto Dealing and Broker-Dealer Registration solutions. We support over 1 million users and more than 500 clients globally.
