Your Role
The role includes managing our marketing operations, writing marketing materials (Professional English level is a must), developing and executing marketing plans, nurturing relationships with potential clients, creating a strategy for brand’s social media, and promoting experimental products for the company to test.
As a Marketing & Publications Specialist, you will be crucial in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

You have a strong command of English and exceptional writing skills, able to turn data into stories. You take initiative, bring fresh ideas to the table, and are eager to build and implement new approaches.
A curious mindset toward using AI tools to boost social media efficiency and create content and reports at scale.
Familiarity with the following tools or equivalent is advantageous, but not required: Mailchimp, Unbounce, WordPress CMS, Google Analytics 4 and Semrush.

Responsibilities of This Role
- Craft engaging, insight-driven copy across multiple channels, from websites and blogs to reports, social posts, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Handle SEO-related tasks such as keyword research and competitor analysis to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Execute lead generation strategies to attract potential customers, nurture leads, and increase the number of marketing-qualified leads.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Develop and launch account-based marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with high-value accounts and drive growth.
- Assist in brand management efforts to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Support public relations activities, including drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and managing relationships with media contacts.
- Build strategic partnerships with media outlets, communities, associations, and other ecosystem stakeholders to enhance traction and expand our influence.
The process and conditions
- The starting monthly salary will range depending on experience and skills, and will grow as you help the company achieve its goals.
- There will be initial filtering questions, or a test task valuation, and several interviews, so you can get to know our team in the process.
- This contract includes 26 days a year of paid vacation.
