What You’ll Do
- Support multiple departments with day-to-day operational tasks and ongoing projects
- Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, documentation, and internal databases
- Perform data entry, validation, tracking, and basic analysis across different teams
- Assist with Excel and Google Sheets reporting and help maintain accurate datasets
- Help coordinate tasks between departments and follow up on action items to keep projects moving
- Conduct research and gather information to support business initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest practical solutions
- Learn new tools, technologies, and AI-powered workflows to improve productivity
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines curiosity, reliability, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Previous internship experience is a plus, but what matters most is your mindset and ability to grow.
You are someone who:
- Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with structured data
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Knows Python or is eager to learn and apply it in practical projects
- Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is proactive and takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions
- Enjoys solving problems and continuously improving processes
- Is interested in startups, innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development
- Thrives in a remote, collaborative work environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Paid remote internship (compensation based on experience and internship scope)
- Work aligned with European business hours (9 AM – 5 PM CET)
