We are an energy aggregation platform for smaller-scale solar assets. We help businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions access solar and storage solutions.\n\nWe offer commercial solar, battery storage, and distributed energy solutions, including virtual power plant (VPP) services. Customers often pay no upfront costs because we finance, install, and maintain these systems ourselves, managing the entire project from design to operation.\n\nWe partner with EPCs, installers, and developers across the USA to finance, acquire, and co-develop commercial and industrial solar energy and storage projects. We provide complete solutions, a nationwide network of partners, and flexible financing options like Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and leases, which are available even to businesses without traditional credit ratings.\n\nIn partnership with Greenbacker, we have $3.8 billion in investment capital for building commercial solar and an aggregation platform. Our headquarters are in Baltimore, MD.

We have a team of 11-50 employees, including solar professionals in finance, sales, development, engineering, and asset management.\n\nOur management team, in partnership with Greenbacker, has deep experience in solar origination, development, and operations. Our founding team members previously worked at companies like SunEdison and Sunlight Financial.\n\nWe have in-house engineering, construction, and operations & maintenance expertise.
