Job Description
We are seeking a junior-mid level HR Generalist to manage HR Operations. This role balances HRIS data management (Workday) with strict adherence to the Romanian Labor Code and a high level of employee support. You will be responsible for the administrative integrity of the employee lifecycle and serve as a reliable point of contact for our workforce.
This is a fixed-term position of 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The role follows a hybrid working model, with 3 days per week in our Bucharest office.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in administering human resource policies and procedures
- Responds to tier 1 employee questions about Suvoda policies, benefits, and other HR matters
- Assists in maintaining employee records and updating the HRIS systems
- Assists with new hire onboarding, including helping support benefits enrollment, schedule and training coordination with L&D, and processing new hire paperwork
- Supports HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR policy development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field preferred or prior Human Resources Experience
- Experience supporting internal customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple, often conflicting, tasks and deliverables
- Deep personal alignment with the Suvoda values
- Experience: 2-3 years of Human Resources or related experience
