About Swile
We are a financial services company specializing in employee engagement and benefits. We offer three main products: the Swile Card, the Swile App, and an Insights tool.
Our Swile Card is a single smartcard that combines various employee benefits. It handles meal, gift, mobility, and culture vouchers, automatically debiting the correct account. The card works with Apple and Google Pay, and you can link your personal bank card to cover extra costs. We first launched this card in 2018 as Carte Lunchr.
The Swile App helps teams connect. Colleagues can give praise, organize free collections for events, plan social gatherings, and manage peer-to-peer payments. The app also lets you manage your Swile Card directly, activating contactless payments, temporarily locking it, and tracking your budget with real-time notifications. You can order up to three physical cards through the app.
Our Insights tool uses gamified surveys to measure team engagement. It also features an analytics tool that helps us find out what drives engagement and turn survey results into company improvements.
Since we started, we have raised 290 million euros.

Our hiring process usually has five steps: an initial video call with our People team, an interview with the hiring manager, a practical test and presentation, a meeting with potential colleagues from different teams, and a final interview with a management team member.
