What you’ll be doing:

  • Own Strategic Translation into Execution: Partner directly with the Head of Operations to convert vision and priorities into clear roadmaps, operating cadences, ownership structures, and measurable outcomes. Ensure initiatives move from idea to implementation with speed and accountability.
  • Own Team Staffing & Capacity Planning: Lead workforce planning across ClinOps by forecasting volume, defining hiring and staffing strategies, modeling capacity scenarios, and aligning headcount to growth, productivity, and cost targets. Ensure the organization is right-sized, resilient to peaks, and proactively adjusted to strategic shifts.
  • Make the Operation Tech-Native: Continue the default toward a technology and AI-enabled operating model. Identify where automation, system design, and product capabilities can unlock scale, reduce cost to serve, and improve clinician and member experience.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment at Senior Level: Act as a senior connector across Operations, Product, AI, Growth, and Finance. Clarify dependencies, surface trade-offs, and ensure teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, and definitions of success.
  • Increase Leadership Leverage: Extend the reach of the Head of ClinOps by preparing decisions, filtering noise, structuring ambiguous problems, and ensuring rigorous follow-up across the organization.
  • Turn Data into Direction: Continuously scan performance signals across activation, engagement, capacity, quality, and cost. Translate metrics into insights, risks, and concrete actions.
  • Lead High-Impact, Horizontal Initiatives: Own critical programs that span multiple teams, especially those requiring executive sponsorship, operational redesign, or new ways of working.
  • Ensure Operational Readiness for Change: Guarantee that product launches, AI capabilities, and strategic shifts land successfully in the field with the right enablement, communications, and measurement loops.
  • Upgrade How the Organization Operates: Simplify processes, improve decision velocity, strengthen documentation quality, and raise the bar on accountability and transparency.
  • Represent the Office of the Head of Operations: Participate in key forums and discussions as a proxy when needed, ensuring continuity of standards, context, and expectations.

What you need to have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Consultancy within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate credibly with senior leaders and represent leadership positions in cross-functional and executive forums.
  • Proven track record of driving alignment across different areas, navigating competing priorities and clarifying trade-offs.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect operational decisions to financial outcomes, unit economics, scalability, and return on investment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to move from data to insight to recommendation. High fluency with tools such as Looker, SQL, and advanced spreadsheets.
  • A systems-thinking mindset, able to understand how metrics, workflows, incentives, and tools interact at scale.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong bias for execution, follow-up, and accountability.
  • Clear, structured communicator capable of influencing both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High ownership, sound judgment, and the maturity to act as a proxy for the Head of Operations when required.
  • A proactive, curious attitude with enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and AI-driven solutions.
