We were founded in 2013, working in technology, information, and internet industries. We specialize in AI, hiring, recruitment, and recruiting. We are building a hiring platform that uses AI agents and a network of recruiters.

We offer several solutions:

• AI Sourcing Agent (SaaS Product): This product, currently on a waitlist, is an AI system that automates finding, scoring, and reaching out to candidates on email, LinkedIn, and phone. It uses a 7-stage AI pipeline with 160 agents, offers a 0-10 fit score with explanations, and sends messages from user accounts. We aim to deliver qualified candidates quickly.

• Agentic Agency (Done-for-You Service): Available now, this service uses the same AI system, managed by our team, to handle the full hiring process from sourcing to offer. It automates 90% of the work, leading to faster placements and competitive pay-when-you-hire rates ($5K-$20K placement fees). Our agency has over 11 years of experience and has served over 700 companies, from executive search to high-volume hiring.

• End-to-End Platform (Enterprise Vision, Coming 2026): This future platform aims to provide complete AI tools to replace internal talent acquisition (TA) teams. It will combine the Sourcing Agent with Emma, an AI candidate assistant, and analytics tools. This platform will automate 80-90% of the recruitment process, from job requisition to a signed offer. Emma will offer ²⁴⁄₇ candidate support, schedule interviews, coach candidates for offers, and give proactive status updates.

Our core technology uses a 7-stage AI pipeline with 160 agents. This system is built for speed, accuracy, and scale. It includes career trajectory scoring, outreach across multiple channels, explainable fit scores, and data enrichment from 5 sources for accurate emails. Over 700 companies worldwide trust us, including Kittyhawk, Polymath, Hopper, RapidSOS, Tally, and Sermo.com.

Our vision is to automate 80-90% of repetitive TA work, such as sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate support. We focus on replacing traditional TA processes with AI infrastructure.
