We were founded in 2019 and operate in software development with 51-200 employees. We provide an AI platform for talent decisions, covering hiring, executive search, mobility, learning, development, and workforce planning. Our Labeling Engine processes unstructured people data, turning it into “verified Success Signals” and “Relationship Signals.” This data forms our expert-labeled 3D data and relationship intelligence.

Our platform includes “Findem Agents” that make talent acquisition more efficient. These agents include: the Calibration Agent for aligning job requirements, the Application Boost Agent for personalized outreach, the Screening Agent for phone screens, and the Scheduling Agent for coordinating interviews. We also offer an “Intelligent Job Post” that uses these agents. Our AI uses millions of attributes to create unique talent data and connects with relationship intelligence through Getro’s private network graph. Findem was named a Gartner® Cool Vendor in 2023 for Talent Acquisition. Customers like Nutanix and RingCentral use our platform to improve pipeline quality, reduce costs, and strengthen their talent strategy.
