We have a fantastic opportunity for a European Supply Chain Process Manager to join the European Supply Chain team on a full time, permanent basis, reporting into the Group Head of Supply Chain.

The role of the European Supply Chain Process Manager in the deployment of RELEX is to seamlessly integrate the new tool into the organisation’s processes. This involves addressing specific business requirements, managing stakeholders, promoting user adoption across multiple markets and OpCo’s, ensuring data accuracy, and fostering continuous improvement for sustained long-term success.

The European Supply Chain Process Manager is also responsible for effectively delivering the deployment of the RELEX tool in line with required business timelines across Europe and ensuring the deployment approach is replicable in multiple markets concurrently, along with appropriate process documentation, training and early life support.

This role is a home-based role with occasional travel to Sysco sites so flexibility will be required for this role.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Support with the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements from various departments and business units
  • Coordinate the alignment of tool modules and functionalities with existing business processes.
  • Ensure the tool is configured to meet specific business requirements across Europe
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement using data and analytics.
  • Manage expectations and communicate progress and challenges effectively.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency.
  • Address resistance to change and demonstrate how the new tool will improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the development of the training content and curricular for end-users to ensure they understand how to use the tool effectively in their daily tasks.
  • Carry out testing processes, supporting the definition of the testing strategy including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure that the system functions as intended and meets business requirements.
  • Identify and address issues and discrepancies discovered during testing.
  • Work with the technical team to resolve problems promptly.
  • Support the migration of data from existing systems to the RELEX tool.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness during the migration process.
  • Gather feedback from users’ post-implementation.
  • Use this feedback to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-user’s post-implementation.
  • Address issues, provide guidance, and ensure that the system continues to meet business requirements.

About you:

To excel in the role of European Supply Chain Process Manager within the deployment of RELEX, the candidate must possess a diverse range of competencies, and a comprehensive understanding of DPR systems, business processes, industry standards, and data management. The candidate should embody competencies such as innovation, fostering collaboration, ethical judgment, and a relentless focus on achieving results with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Previous Change Management experience, including stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies, meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, (including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) is essential in this role. Finally, strong analytical skills for dissecting complex problems and devising effective solutions coupled with aptitude in project management to ensure smooth implementations and business process optimisations are key to the success of this role.
