Role Mission
Build and lead a scalable, data-driven HR function that supports rapid growth, international hiring, transparent compensation and performance processes, and a culture of accountability and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3β4 year HR strategy aligned with business goals and expansion plans.
- Build an effective HR operating model (HRBP coverage + centralized Recruiting, C&B, L&D, HR Ops).
- Own workforce planning, headcount forecast, HR budget, and HR KPIs/SLAs.
- Lead end-to-end recruiting (including international hiring) and manage recruitment agencies (contracts, SLAs, quality, and cost metrics).
- Standardize onboarding/offboarding processes to improve time-to-productivity and retention.
- Design and manage Compensation & Benefits: grading, salary ranges, review cycles, bonus programs.
- Implement performance management cycles, calibration, succession planning, and internal mobility programs.
- Develop L&D strategy and programs with measurable business impact.
- Oversee HR operations, HRIS/LMS, policies, payroll interaction, and labor law compliance across jurisdictions.
- Drive corporate culture, engagement initiatives (eNPS), employer branding, and recognition programs.
- Lead employee relations cases and partner with Legal when needed.
- Deliver HR analytics dashboards and reporting for the CEO/Board.
Requirements
- Strong experience in international companies with multinational teams.
- Proven HR leadership in Product IT organizations (600+ employees) or large IT services companies (preferably 1000+).
- Strong expertise in recruiting, C&B, performance management, HR ops/HRIS, L&D, ER, and HR analytics.
- Hands-on experience with international hiring and agency management.
- Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work directly with the CEO/Owners/Board as a trusted advisor.
- English (B2/C1) and Ukrainian.
