We founded Teachstone in 2008 to bring the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) to educators worldwide. The CLASS observation tool measures the interactions between teachers and children, which research indicates are important for learning and development. We help organizations conduct classroom observations and provide professional development to improve teaching and enhance children’s learning. Our online subscription service, myTeachstone, streamlines CLASS implementation by combining observation data with a library of CLASS resources and professional development. We also offer intensive, research-based coaching programs. We support the Department of Defense, including the U.S. Army Child and Youth Services, in their efforts to provide high-quality early childhood care and education. Our team improves our measurement products, transitions to a product operating model, strengthens our product practices, and coaches cross-functional partners. We also manage company-wide analytics, evaluation, and research, turning data into clear narratives. We drive growth by partnering with state agencies, large districts, federal partners, and private providers.
