Job Description
Role Objective:
Communicate with valued marketing partners to educate them on developments of features. You will be involved in supporting marketing partners to make the most out of their promotional emails. This process includes, but is not limited to, introducing marketers to email annotations, being closely involved in troubleshooting, and communicating your findings with the team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Partnership Coordinator to manage a high volume of email communications with brands and various marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will handle routine support inquiries as well as escalate technical issues to engineers and document bugs for further investigation.
Location: 100% Remote (PST Hours)
Pay: $23/hour on W2 plus benefits

Responsibilities:
Ensure quick and thorough communication with marketing partners
Gather relevant feedback
Provide timely and accurate information/responses to customer queries.
Support marketing partners when annotated emails donβt work as expected and report findings
Collaborate with engineers to create and document bugs for resolution
Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately
Prepare and update support documentation and FAQs
Update internal documentation and guidelines
Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all customer interactions
Ability to prioritize tasks
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Organizational Skills – Ability to review data, keep track of information, and report to the team
Adaptable to different workflows
Knowledge of Google Sheets
Work independently and in a team
Preferred Attributes:
- Knowledge of Email Marketing
- Degree in Marketing/Communications or similar fields
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace
