Job Description
Seeking a Senior Cardiology Integration Analyst to support an enterprise cardiology transformation and Epic Cupid implementation. This is a 50% technical and 50% leadership role, requiring a strong blend of hands-on integration expertise, project leadership, analyst mentorship, and stakeholder management. This individual will serve as a technical lead focused on integrating and standardizing cardiovascular systems while partnering with clinical, operational, and vendor stakeholders.
Location: Remote (limited travel, 2–3 trips throughout engagement)
Contract Duration: ASAP – May 2027
Target Project Go-Live: April 2027
Pay Rate: $80/hour on W2
Key Responsibilities
Lead integration efforts between Epic Cupid and third-party cardiology applications.
Design, support, and troubleshoot HL7 and DICOM interfaces.
Support standardization and consolidation of cardiovascular technologies and workflows.
Serve as a technical advisor for cardiology systems architecture and interoperability.
Mentor junior analysts and provide leadership across the cardiology IT team.
Partner with vendors, operations, and technical teams throughout implementation and optimization efforts.
Support project planning, testing, go-live readiness, and issue resolution.
Strong experience with HL7 and DICOM integrations.
Deep understanding of enterprise cardiology workflows.
Experience integrating cardiovascular applications, imaging systems, and Epic environments.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience mentoring analysts or serving in a lead capacity.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Epic Cupid certification and/or experience supporting 1–2 Epic Cupid implementations.
Experience with one or more of the following:

- PaceMate
- Preventice
- Boston Scientific device platforms
- Cardiology PACS (CPACS)
