About the Role
We are seeking a Team Lead Assembly to plan, coordinate, and oversee daily assembly operations while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys improving processes, developing people, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee daily assembly operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
Develop, implement, and optimize processes to improve production efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks
Identify, recommend, and execute improvements to facilities, equipment, and workflows
Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions where needed
Collaborate with cross-functional departments and other team leaders to ensure smooth coordination and workflow
Requirements
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or operations supervision
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
Solid understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems
Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
