Role Objectives
As a Finnish Speaking Google Ads Agency Partner Account Manager at TP, you will partner with Finnish companies and agency partners to provide customized digital advertising strategies. Working in a goal-oriented environment, you’ll help expand client customer bases across EMEA while shaping exceptional experiences and empowering innovation in the online marketing landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance client & agency relationships by providing customized, performance-boosting strategies and promoting additional digital marketing products.
Offer strategic consultancy to maximize ROI on advertising investments, using a quality consultative approach.
Drive agency enablement, client portfolio expansion, and product adoption across search, display, and video solutions.
Achieve sales targets and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Proactively engage with customers and agency representatives via phone, video calls, and email.
BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field and/or equivalent practical experience
C2 level of Finnish and a high level of English(both written and spoken)
1–2 years in sales or online advertising
Extensive experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing and Google Ads (preferably in retail, travel, or larger business sectors)
Deep understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and tools, particularly in digital advertising and Google Ads
Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense or YouTube
Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
Team player, adaptable to fast-paced environments, Goal-oriented and customer-focused
Passionate about Marketing, Technology and online Advertising, with a desire to learn and develop

A competitive €33,500 salary package: €30,000 base salary plus up to €3,500 gross/year in performance bonuses, including accelerators that let you earn beyond 100% when you exceed your targets.
Full-time role (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday) in a hybrid-working model at TP Barcelona.
