We provide Cyber Security, Intelligence Analysis, Financial Management, and Program Management services to the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and other federal government entities. As a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we are eligible for sole-source set-aside contracts and use contract vehicles like the GSA Professional Services Schedule and Navy Seaport-e.

We have grown through strategic acquisitions, including Dowless and Associates in June 2016 (providing Cyber security and Analysis services to the Intelligence Community) and Compumatics Group in May 2017 (offering Cyber services to the Intelligence Community and the IRS). These acquisitions expanded our access to new markets and customers.

We also ventured into solar energy, spinning off Energy Matters LLC and Solar Power Ventures LLC. These companies build, own, and operate solar plants for the Department of Defense and other state and municipal government customers. Formed through a Joint Venture with T-Solar, they secured awards on the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) $7 billion Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) in September 2013. Energy Matters LLC operates as a small business, focusing on projects under 12 MW, including a 4.3 MW solar project for the PA National Guard and a 5.5 MW project for Saint Mary’s County, Maryland. Solar Power Ventures LLC is a large business, targeting projects over 12 MW.

Our business development approach involves both leading and supporting proposal efforts. We partner with larger companies in the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense as a small business subcontractor, and we also seek opportunities to act as the prime contractor on selected federal agency projects.

We operate with a philosophy that doesn’t let the fear of losing a proposal limit our thinking, believing that “Everything we do makes us stronger.” Our leadership’s experience with the high cost of delivering energy in conflict zones informed our decision to develop practical and efficient solar solutions for the Department of Defense and other government customers.
