We recruit experienced support staff for homes and offices, including Executive Personal Assistants and Family Assistants, for single and multi-family offices.

We work with clients across the US, including California, Connecticut, Colorado, Florida, New York, Texas, Arizona, the Mid-Atlantic, and the Pacific Northwest. We can also help with worldwide searches.

Nathalie and Steven Laitmon founded us to provide a more personalized approach to staffing. Our clients include Goldman Sachs, UTA, UBS, Bessemer Trust, and Estee Lauder.

We are a team of 1-10 employees, co-founded by Nathalie and Steven Laitmon. Nathalie has nearly three decades of experience in recruitment and focuses on understanding each household or corporate culture. Steven, an attorney, emphasizes long-term client advocacy, trust, and integrity.

Our recruiting team includes Jennifer Fernandes, who has a background as a nanny and helps create harmonious home environments, and Flavia Zaffina, who builds lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
