About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the execution and content operations of our web platform across multiple markets (US, Canada, and upcoming UK & Australia). This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering, and will be critical in helping us scale our web presence and content generation efforts efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day web operations, supporting content generation and content migration, and ensuring our site experience is aligned with business goals.

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will:

  • Own CMS operations (Sanity): Publish and update web content while ensuring consistency and adherence to marketing best practices
  • Maintain web quality and consistency: Act as a steward of the website by ensuring content accuracy tending to unique needs from franchise owners, UX consistency, and operational excellence
  • Design and scale AI-powered content and operational workflows: Leverage AI tools and prompting techniques to automate and streamline content creation, updates, and publishing processes, improving speed and consistency while maintaining quality and brand standards
  • Manage cross-functional coordination: Partner with marketing, franchise owners, legal, product, design, and engineering to intake requests and drive website execution
  • Collaborate with product & engineering: Translate business and content needs into clear inputs, provide feedback on implementation, and help ensure high-quality launches

Build and maintain internal web operations documentation: Document common Tier 1 website and CMS questions, workflows, and use cases in tools like Freshservice to enable self-service and reduce inbound requests

  • Support performance tracking and insights: Run and maintain reporting on key metrics (traffic, conversion, lead volume), and surface insights to inform decisions

Manage Google Business Profiles via Yext: Maintain and update location-based content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with GEO/SEO and local growth strategies

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • 3–6 years of experience in web production, content creation, digital operations, growth ops, or a similar role
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (Sanity or similar)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, engineering, and legal teams
  • Experience using AI tools to support content creation, workflows, or productivity
  • Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar) and translating data into insights
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of ownership, and ability to make good decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Scrappy, willing to wear many hats

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting large-scale website migrations or managing high-volume content systems
  • Background in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing environments
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (metadata, page structure, indexing, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of HTML or web development concepts

The annual base salary range for this role is $154,440 - $171,600.  Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
