Our mission is to help revenue leaders drive execution excellence by enforcing standards for how they sell, onboard, and expand with customers. Ambitious GTM teams at companies like Hootsuite, Xactly, and Greenway Health leverage Accord’s Platform to set standards, drive accountability, and deliver consistent results.
With teams in Toronto and San Francisco, Accord is scaling quickly and capital-efficiently, with more than three years of runway and a clear path to the next stage of growth.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design at Accord - owning our design system, elevating craft across the product, and shaping how modern go-to-market teams collaborate and close deals.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and our GTM team to shape the roadmap, evolve our design system, and deliver features used daily by some of the fastest-growing companies. This is an opportunity to own end-to-end design in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where quality and speed both matter.
This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco (near the Montgomery stop) - our team works together in the office three days a week to move quickly, collaborate deeply, and keep the creative energy high.

You Will
Own design for major product initiatives end to end (research to concept to visual design to delivery)
Design for complex systems - multi-user workflows, permissions, integrations - and make them feel simple
Lead user research and translate insights into actionable product improvements
Own our design system and visual language
Champion user experience across the company, balancing craft with business impact
Collaborate closely with the team to influence roadmap and product vision
Who We’re Looking For
5-8 years of experience designing SaaS or workflow products (B2B, data-rich, or enterprise tools a plus)
Hold a high bar for craft and usability, and consistently push for exceptional user experiences
Start-up experience is a must: you must be able to move fast without cutting corners
Strength in interaction design, systems thinking, and visual polish
Have built out a design system and scale it across multiple surfaces
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy creating clarity, structure and momentum
Curious and excited by how AI can supplement - not replace - human creativity and craft
Bonus: experience with sales tech, CRM or workflow tools or designing AI-powered

Base salary range: $160,000 - 175,000, plus equity. Offers may vary based on experience and other factors.
