The Outreach Team

We established The Outreach Team in 2017 as a national consulting firm. We focus on civic engagement campaigns nationwide, serving progressive organizations.

Our on-the-ground teams support initiatives like fundraising, voter registration drives, Get Out The Vote (GOTV) efforts, and petition-gathering. We also specialize in general organizing and use quality control in our operations.

Beyond field campaigns, we manage a remote Bilingual Benefits Call Center (Spanish/English). This call center helps Americans access cost-saving programs. We provide clear, accurate, and empathetic guidance on benefits and eligibility criteria via phone, email, and chat.

Call center roles operate Monday through Friday during specific evening hours. We offer career advancement opportunities, including Team Leader positions, providing exposure to leadership, advocacy, and public policy work.

We provide a range of benefits for our employees. Compensation includes a base pay that varies by role. Callers earn $21 per hour, and Shift Managers earn $23 per hour. We also offer opportunities for overtime and potential bonuses.

Full-time staff have the option to enroll in our healthcare plan. We also offer sick pay.

To support our remote workforce, we provide a monthly internet reimbursement of $50.
