Online Learning Content and Training Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for an Online Learning Content and Training Specialist to support the development and delivery of high-quality online learning experiences for both client programs and internal company initiatives. This role combines instructional content development, multimedia course production, and live learner support.

You’ll work on a variety of educational projects, including creating courses for our subscription learning platform for online teachers, developing training materials for our internal teaching network, and supporting learners through live tutoring sessions. This is a highly collaborative, client-service-oriented role that requires creativity, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop engaging online educational content for clients and internal company programs.

  • Create courses for our subscription-based learning platform for online teachers.

  • Use Articulate and other digital authoring tools to build interactive online learning experiences.

  • Develop a wide range of multimedia learning assets, including videos, graphics, presentations, assessments, and interactive activities.

  • Support the creation of training materials for our internal teaching team, including independent contractor teachers working across various client programs.

  • Adapt learning content to different audiences, client requirements, and instructional goals.

  • Deliver live tutoring sessions and learner support through the platform.

  • Guide learners through course content, answer questions, and provide instructional support in live sessions.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with educational, operational, and client expectations.

  • Review and improve learning materials based on learner feedback, performance data, and evolving project needs.

  • Help maintain a consistent, high-quality learner experience across content, training, and live instruction.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • PGCE, teaching qualification, or equivalent education degree required.

  • Experience developing online educational content, courses, or instructional materials.

  • Experience creating multimedia learning assets, including video, image-based, and interactive content.

  • Experience teaching, tutoring, coaching, or facilitating learning in a live online environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

  • A learner-centered approach and commitment to inclusive, accessible communication.

  • Comfort working in a client-service-oriented environment with diverse project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  • Curriculum development experience.
  • Experience developing training content for educators or teaching teams.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles, curriculum development, or online pedagogy.
  • Experience using Articulate or similar e-learning authoring tools.
  • Experience working with learning management systems or online learning platforms, including platforms such as LearnWorlds.
  • Experience supporting client-facing educational programs or corporate training initiatives.
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teaching teams.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based learning products or online education services.

Technical and Workspace Requirements

Candidates must have access to:

  • A reliable computer capable of handling multimedia content creation, video editing, interactive course development, and live online tutoring
  • A stable internet connection with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps upload and download
  • A noise-canceling headset suitable for professional online communication
  • A quiet, professional workspace appropriate for live tutoring and meetings
  • A backup internet hotspot or secondary connectivity option
  • An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or backup power solution if located in a region with unstable electricity supply

Minimum Recommended Computer Specifications

  • Intel Core i5 (11th generation or newer) / AMD Ryzen 5 (5000 series or newer) or equivalent

  • 16 GB RAM minimum (32 GB preferred for heavier multimedia production workflows)

  • SSD storage with at least 512 GB available space

  • Modern integrated graphics or dedicated GPU capable of supporting video editing and interactive content creation

  • Windows 11 or recent macOS version

  • 1080p webcam suitable for professional meetings and live tutoring

  • Ability to run multiple applications simultaneously, including Articulate, video conferencing platforms, content editing tools, and browser-based learning systems

  • Full-time position

  • Fully remote work environment

  • Global hiring eligibility

  • Working hours: 14:00–23:00 HKT / 08:00–17:00 CAT

  • No travel required
