Job Description
As Third Bridge’s Technical Operations Team Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative support to our technical team. Your work will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our projects and in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
You’ll be the go-to person for the team, handling a variety of tasks that enable our engineers and technicians to focus on their core work.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Reporting: Manage reporting deliverables to a strict timetable. Tracking the status of reports sent.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, user guides, training decks, and presentations. Organize and update internal databases and files.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new staff, including setting up access credentials. Manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
UAT Testing: Assist the team with UAT testing for updates to software.
Data Audits: Run routine reconciliation checks to ensure that integrations haven’t failed.
Manage staff training: Help configure the training tools to ensure the correct technical training programs are being rolled out to the right staff.
Working from within our Mumbai office, you’ll be a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. You’ll act as the go-to person for the team, bridging the gap between technical requirements and administrative execution.
Qualifications
A successful candidate will have:
Proven experience as an administrator, project coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a technical or IT environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Need a relevant degree
Need a minimum of 6 years work experience
