What You’ll Do
· Assist union members with benefit-related questions
· Educate members on available coverage and programs
· Support enrollment and claims processes
· Build relationships with members and their families
· Maintain accurate documentation and records
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member concerns
· Provide outstanding customer support and follow-up

· Strong communication skills
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Dependable and self-motivated
· Comfortable speaking with people over phone and Zoom
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Customer service experience is helpful but not required
