We are looking for a Sales Specialist focused on new client acquisition to support the growth of our managed cybersecurity services portfolio.
The role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new customers, with a primary focus on Security Operations Center (SOC) services and Penetration Testing offerings.
The successful candidate will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through contract execution, working closely with technical and leadership teams to align customer needs with our service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
· Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets
· Proactively engage prospective clients through outbound sales activities
· Manage the complete sales cycle: discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
· Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of net-new customers
· Present and position cybersecurity services to both technical and executive stakeholders
Customer Engagement
· Conduct needs assessments to understand client security challenges and business objectives
· Clearly articulate the value of SOC, penetration testing, and related services in business terms
· Collaborate with technical teams to prepare tailored service proposals
· Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and opportunity tracking
Market Awareness
· Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments
· Provide structured market feedback to support service and go-to-market improvements
Experience
· Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, managed services, or IT services
· Demonstrated success in new customer acquisition and outbound sales
· Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Technical Understanding
Solid understanding of cybersecurity services, particularly:
· Security Operations Center (SOC) / Managed Detection and Response (MDR)
· Penetration testing and offensive security services
· Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Skills & Competencies
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities in parallel
· Structured, results-driven sales approach
· Professional presence when working with executive and technical decision-makers
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience selling SOC, penetration testing, or application security services
· Existing network among IT or security decision-makers
· Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
