Our Marketplace supports both B2B and B2C customers to handpick standout suppliers across street food, drink and venues for private events, from large-scale summer and Christmas parties to regular office lunches for clients including Spotify, Netflix & BBC.
Live partners with organisers of large-scale public events, using our 360 tech and industry expertise to curate and deliver exceptional food and drink experiences that also drive commercial results for our clients. From major festivals, stadium fanzones and cultural celebrations, we work hand in hand with client teams to deliver exceptional guest experience for the likes of GALA festival, Rock Oyster, Hill Dickinson Stadium and Pride in London.

The Role
This role is made for someone flexible who has an excellent eye for detail but can manage multiple things and move quickly at the same time. You’ll be working in our key accounts team, supporting the work that goes into delivering an exceptional experience for our largest accounts.
You’ll be supporting our Key Account Managers with reporting, compiling data, building decks and looking after the logistics with some huge enterprise level clients.
This role will span operations & account management and is an excellent opportunity to be involved in some of the most important projects on the marketplace side of the business.
- A Degree / 2+ years in an office environment
- Experience of project work
- A keen eye for detail with great examples of this to display
- Strong at building decks quickly
- Exceptional admin skills
- Experience of juggling multiple things at once
- Comfortable working with data
