Job Description
At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.
More than 1⁄3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.
Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.
In this role, you will make a direct, positive contribution to our mission every day. We’re looking for a Partner Growth Specialist to join the team at Too Good To Go in Madrid or Barcelona. For this role you need to speak fluently Spanish (C2 level) and be proficient in English (B2).
Your mission
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you are the main contact for our partner stores and work closely with them resolving issues and improving performance. You will focus on partner relationships and retention and, ultimately, inspire them towards a more sustainable behaviour to help us grow our mission.
Your role
- Improve the efficiency of our high impact stores in saving food waste and make sure they save all their unsold items by ensuring their optimum performance and satisfaction.
- Work closely together with our internal sales to develop in-depth knowledge of our partners and use this knowledge to act as the guardian of the store journey and the overall store experience.
- Create clear email communications and strategies, consistent with our brand tone of voice
- Conduct analysis of store performance and use this to identify opportunities for growth and suggest ways to make improvements.
- Contribute to the wider goals of the Spanish Growth Team as required.
Requirements
- You have experience in Account Management.
- You have experience in cross-selling and up-selling
- You are fully proficient in Spanish and in English.
- You genuinely love interacting with people, build lasting relationships with our partners, and calmly handle any daily challenges with a positive mindset
- You’re a first-class and inspiring communicator and are able to draw on those skills to set the bar high
- You are highly empathetic and emotionally intelligent, and at the same time, you know how to challenge people.
- You have great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, working well both independently and within small teams
- You like to look at data to gain insights and make recommendations.
- Working somewhere where you can have a social and environmental impact is one of your absolute dreams. Sustainability is a great passion of yours and something that shines through in your professional and personal experiences.
Our Values:

- Health insurance
- Additional days off for significant life events
Celebrate & Socialize:
