About the Role
This candidate will lead creative strategy, influencer partnerships, social media operations, and AI-powered content development. This role combines creative ideation, digital marketing execution, and performance analysis to drive measurable growth across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok Shop.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Content Execution
- Lead Creative Direction: Pitch and execute high-performing content concepts, campaign themes, and creator briefs aligned with brand goals.
- Platform Expertise: Tailor content strategies specifically for TikTok (hooks/trends), Instagram (Reels/aesthetics), and YouTube (long-form/SEO).
- Agile Content Creation: Identify emerging cultural moments and rapidly develop brand-relevant takes.
- Multimedia Production: Utilize CapCut, Canva, and AI tools to edit video/image assets and repurpose content across platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Review channel analytics monthly to sharpen creative strategy and improve ROI.
Creator & Influencer Management
- End-to-End Management: Source, vet, and recruit influencers (micro to macro) and UGC creators across all major platforms.
- Partnership Logistics: Manage the creator database, negotiate contracts, and handle outreach via Shopify Collabs and TikTok Affiliates.
- Briefing & QA: Provide clear campaign objectives and brand guidelines to creators; review and approve all content prior to go-live.
- Ad Integration: Collaborate with the ad agency to identify and scale top-performing creator assets for paid media.
TikTok Shop & Social Operations
- Storefront Management: Optimize TikTok Shop listings (titles, descriptions, pricing) and monitor real-time analytics to drive conversions.
- Affiliate Coordination: Manage commission-based sellers and implement promotional events and ad integrations.
- Community Engagement: Oversee daily posting schedules and maintain the brand voice across DMs, comments, and mentions.
AI-Assisted Editorial
SEO Content: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to draft SEO-optimized blog posts and product roundups.
CMS Publishing: Refine AI-generated drafts for brand voice and publish content directly to Shopify or WordPress.
English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
2 to 8 years of experience with Social Media and Content creation.
Desired tools: TikTok Creator Marketplace, Instagram Creator Studio, YouTube Studio, ChatGPT, TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

- Hourly rate starting at USD 1288$/month (final rate will be experience-based).
