Job Description
You will support end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles within our Canadian business, including cost managers, project managers, and project controls specialists, partnering closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to attract and secure high-quality talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for project-focused roles.
- Support hiring managers by providing market insights, contributing to recruitment strategies, and advising on talent availability across key roles and hiring initiatives.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements, hiring timelines, success profiles, and selection criteria.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through proactive outreach, market mapping, competitor research, and relationship-building within key talent communities.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, effective assessment, and transparent process management.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, high-priority, and niche roles.
- Collaborate with the broader TA team to support recruitment initiatives, process improvements, and diversity-focused sourcing efforts.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within technical, engineering, construction or real estate environments (corporate or agency).
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience and professionalism.
- A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field is considered an asset.

Additional Information
The base salary range for this full-time role is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
