Who are you?
You are an experienced Scheduler with approximately 5 years of experience supporting the delivery of complex capital projects, ideally within the natural resources sector. You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules while working closely with project controls, delivery teams, and contractors in alignment with the values, purpose, and vision of Turner & Townsend.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project and integrated schedules using Primavera P6
- Support the creation and maintenance of WBS and CBS in collaboration with project teams
- Prepare resource forecasts and labour histograms as required
- Perform schedule analysis, including logic checks, critical path reviews, and progress updates
- Support schedule risk identification and mitigation activities
- Review contractor schedules and ensure alignment with project milestones
- Provide schedule updates, insights, and reporting to project stakeholders
- Ensure scheduling activities comply with internal quality standards and ISO requirements
Qualifications
Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience supporting natural resources projects (e.g., mining, energy, utilities)
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within multi‑disciplinary project teams
Additional Information
The base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
