Challenge
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about crafting user-centered digital experiences and driving product impact through design.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and improving critical user journeys across web and mobile platforms. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams to deliver intuitive and engaging experiences backed by qualitative and quantitative insights.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in data-driven environments, understands business objectives, and can translate complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions. You will also play a key role in evolving design systems and influencing design culture across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design initiatives, from discovery to delivery.
- Identify and improve key user journeys using both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Translate complex problems into clear, actionable design solutions.
- Create and maintain design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Prototype and test user experiences, iterating based on feedback and data.
- Contribute to and evolve the company’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Align design decisions with business goals and product strategy.
- Communicate design rationale effectively through presentations, documentation, and storytelling.
- Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Advocate for design thinking and user-centered practices across the organization.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and your direct contributions.
- Experience working on medium to large-scale digital products.
- Solid experience conducting and applying user research (discovery and validation).
- Strong ability to use data and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2C eCommerce and/or B2B SaaS products.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Design Thinking methodologies and Design Sprints.
- Experience working in mobile-first environments.
- Exposure to high-growth product companies.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and self-management.
